TOPSCAN provides drone surveying and aerial mapping services in Georgia. We fly RTK-corrected DJI Enterprise drones and turn flight data into engineering-grade geodata: digital terrain models, orthomosaics, point clouds, 3D terrain models, contour lines and CAD-ready drawings, with RTK accuracy of 1–2 cm.

The services fall into two groups. Industry solutions — construction, municipal GIS and agriculture. Survey methods — drone photogrammetry and 3D mapping, UAV LiDAR surveying, orthophoto mapping, multispectral and thermal imaging, drone volume measurement and cadastral land surveying. Most projects combine two or three of them.

Processing takes 24–72 hours, and deliverables arrive as LAS/LAZ, GeoTIFF, DXF/DWG, OBJ and more. A project runs in four stages: flight planning, aerial capture, cloud processing, and delivery with quality control. To order a survey and get a quote, describe your site in the request form.
