RTK-referenced aerial survey delivers parcel boundaries and areas accurate enough for registration and planning — a fraction of the time a full ground survey crew would need.
Every flight is planned to the accuracy your registration or planning process requires.
Precise boundary lines and areas for individual parcels or entire subdivisions.
All data is tied to real-world coordinates with RTK correction — no separate ground control campaign needed.
Deliverables formatted to match the requirements of the national cadastral registry.
A typical project runs in four stages, start to finish.
We define overlap, altitude and ground sample distance based on the site and the accuracy you need.
RTK-corrected DJI Enterprise drones fly the site, capturing the imagery or point data the method requires.
Captured data is processed into an aligned, georeferenced dataset ready for analysis.
Outputs are quality-checked and exported into the formats your software expects.
Structured, professional geodata that is seamlessly compatible with your CAD, BIM, and GIS software.
Cadastral-ready parcel boundary and area plans.
Boundary and attribute data for GIS and registry systems.
High-resolution orthomosaics for parcel verification (GeoTIFF).
Survey reports ready for submission.
We will survey a test area (up to 0.5 ha) of your current project free of charge. You will receive a point cloud or an orthomosaic to verify the data quality in your own CAD software before the project starts.
